We are looking for a confident and motivated Property Administrator who will be the forefront of Lidl GB's expansion plans in the region whilst maintaining the smooth running of the Property Office. Based within our Peterborough Property Office you'll support the Head of Department, as well as providing administrative support to the wider acquisitions and construction team. This is a truly exciting opportunity for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What

you'll do
  • Finance management: raise Purchase Orders, manage cashflow, petty cash and process invoices
  • Manage diaries, meetings and agendas
  • Manage team inbox
  • Prepare and manage internal reports
  • Maintain databases

    Handle telephone calls, emails and post
  • Monitoring & cascade of domestic & international communications
  • Prepare legal paperwork for signature and processing
  • General office management tasks as required
What you'll need
  • Proven admin experience, ideally in the property sector
  • Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Great literacy and numerical skills and a real eye for detail
  • A flair for organisation and confidence communicating at all levels
