37 hours per week/permanent
Location: Huntingdon, Peterborough or Lincoln - Hybrid Working 2 days in office weekly with attendance in person as required.

We’re looking for a DDaT Team Administrator to join us, someone who thrives on organisation, loves bringing people together, and takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be DoingReporting to the Head of Enterprise, Data Analytics and AI, you’ll support senior leaders in DDaT and their wider leadership teams to stay organised, connected and focused on what matters most.
- Act as a central point of contact across the DDaT function
- Administer and coordinate critical digital, data and technology governance forums and boards
- Support systems and help information flow across teams
- Manage diaries and coordinate meetings, events and travel
- Support both everyday meetings and larger events
- Raise purchase orders and manage supplier queries
- Pull together information from systems to support reporting
- Support internal communications through platforms like Viva Engage

- Provide administrative support in a busy environment
- Support managers or leadership teams
- Strong diary management experience
- Manage multiple priorities
- Use Microsoft 365 and digital systems confidently
- Handle sensitive or confidential information with care
- Experience in a digital, data or technology environment (advantageous)
- Experience with systems like Workday or SAP (advantageous)
- Experience supporting governance, reporting or communications (advantageous)
