This is an opportunity to join the legal department as an administrative assistant, supporting the business in a busy, fast‑paced, and varied role and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Diary management, scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Coordinate communications by receiving and forwarding e‑mails, notices and other messages.
  • Assist with efficient correspondence via e‑mail and phone.
  • Manage expenses and related processing.
  • Provide highly confidential and flexible administrative support.
  • Operate a PC and standard software programs.
  • Organise UK and overseas travel arrangements.
  • Maintain staff attendance records for holidays, sick days, and personal time.
  • Prepare presentation materials as needed.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports such as organisation charts, phone lists, records retention and budget information.
  • Arrange customer/dealer/consultant visits including lodging, meals, scheduling and meetings.
  • Maintain routine equipment (fax, copier, printer) by adding toner, changing settings or calling for support.
  • Perform other routine administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High attention to detail, strong time‑management and organisational skills.
  • Strong administration and clerical skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment, including experience dealing with senior leaders (PA experience is an advantage).
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines while prioritising workload.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to prepare presentation materials with excellent visual skills.
  • Prior experience within the legal or compliance industry is considered advantageous.
