Hours

40 hours per week (Must be able to work Saturdays)

Salary

£26,500 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Cover the reception area, maintaining a priority for incoming calls at all times
  • Take clear and concise messages
  • Communicate all messages promptly and accurately
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager
  • Maintain stationery stocks and oversee the ordering of new supplies
  • General reception duties as required
