Sales Admin Coordinator

Our client, with office based near Whittlesey, is seeking a Part Time Sales Admin Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis working 9.30am-2.30pm Monday to Friday.

As Part Time Sales Admin Coordinator, you will hold a varied and busy role, dealing with customer queries by email and by telephone, providing quotations, updating CRM, following up quotes issued, processing customer order information, arranging installations and site access information, performing stock checks, arrange service and maintenance visits, deal with warranty claims, process improvement, help with arranging events and attending some events & trade shows, along with support administration,

To be considered for the role of Part Time Sales Admin Coordinator, you will have strong customer service skills, will be experienced in processing orders, preparing quotations, dealing with queries, experience in seeking projects from beginning to end, excellent communication skills, highly organised and excellent problem solving skills. Own transport required owing to location.

In return, for the role of Part Time Sales Admin Coordinator, my client is offering a starting salary of £27,000 pro rata to hours worked, 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays, onsite parking and the chance to join a growing organisation.
