We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in supporting a critical compliance task, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations within our Customer Distribution Centre in Peterborough. This role offers the flexibility to manage your work around the task requirements. WHATWE OFFER
- This role is a 6 month fixed term contract starting from the 24th of August 2026.
- Full Time: 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7, after an in unit training period this role will be open to hybrid and flexible working.
- This role offers a salary starting from £29,964 per annum, based on skills & experience.

WHAT YOU'LLNEED TO HAVE
- Relevant experience in administrative operations or data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise your workload in order to make the most efficient use of available time and meet agreed goals and deadlines.
- You have effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly when faced with operational challenges.
- You can maintain focus and attention to detail especially when completing repetitive data entry and reporting tasks.
- Handling sensitive co-worker information, you'll ensure discretion, confidentiality and dignity every step of the way.
- Manage and coordinate local People & Culture service delivery to ensure risk, compliance and operational standards.
- Responsible for the People & Culture Team delivering on audit and compliance regulations.
