! As the backbone of the Estates team, you will ensure the campus remains safe, compliant, and highly organized, while acting as a trusted point of contact for contractors, staff, and visitors.

Finance & Organization
- Raise purchase orders and process confirmations when goods or services arrive.
- Update and maintain digital estates databases and asset tracking systems.
- Manage archive storage, sort daily mail, and keep office stationery fully stocked. [1]
- Schedule service contract works and file complex compliance reports.
- Deliver safety inductions to external contractors and manage their on-site check-ins.
- Provide direct clerical support to the Estates Manager on major college projects.
- Act as a crucial member of the College’s secondary response team during emergencies.
- Collaborate on Health & Safety data, accident investigations, and insurance reports.
- Meet strict audit, data confidentiality, and risk management requirements.
- Attend department meetings, take minutes, and log detailed notes.
- Assist with exciting evening college enrolment and open day events.
- Provide an outstanding, professional customer service experience to all visitors.
