INDUSTRIAL CLEANING EQUIPMENT (SOUTHAMPTON) LTD is seeking a Helpdesk Admin Apprentice to log customer breakdowns, raise service requests and support scheduling for engineers. You will maintain accurate records and keep customers informed, working within the Service Delivery team to ensure high-quality, efficient service.
