Are you a Service Administrator with a customer-focused approach? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, ensuring engineers are in the right place at the right time?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a global manufacturer of specialist vehicles and equipment, where you'll play a vital role in coordinating Field Service Engineers and delivering industry-leading customer service.
Work for a well-established international engineering business that prides itself on keeping essential equipment operating across the UK. They are now looking for a proactive Service Administrator to support engineers, manage customer expectations, and ensure service work is completed efficiently and on time.
The day-to-day of this role includes scheduling and prioritising Field Service Engineers, coordinating emergency breakdowns and planned servicing, communicating with customers, monitoring work in progress, liaising with third-party service providers, and ensuring service calls are completed in line with company KPIs. You'll also resolve scheduling issues, manage changing priorities, and keep accurate service records throughout the process.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a service desk, scheduling, customer service or engineering support environment. You'll be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and confident communicating with both customers and engineers. Experience with in engineering, plant, vehicles or capital equipment would be advantageous.

- Customer liaison, workload planning and service coordination
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Rotating shift pattern between 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Experience in service scheduling, customer service or engineering support
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Engineering or technical industry experience desirable
- Based in or near Peterborough
