Salary: £29,657 per annum

12 month Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday between 8am to 6pm

We believe everyone should have a safe and affordable place to call home. It’s this belief that drives everything we do and inspires us to go above and beyond for our customers. We pride ourselves in understanding their needs and delivering the best customer service, every time.

We’re also proud to be at the forefront of change. We’re on a journey of transformation, finding new ways to support our customers - and our people.

If you’re looking for a career where you can learn new skills, try new things and shape your future, there’s a place for you at Accent.

Property Administrator

At Accent, every empty home represents an opportunity for someone to start a new chapter. As a Property Administrator, you'll play a critical role in helping customers move into a place they can call home.

This isn't your typical administration role. You'll be at the heart of the property re-let process, coordinating activities, solving problems, and working with a wide range of colleagues, contractors and external partners to ensure our homes are ready for new customers as quickly as possible.

If you're highly organised, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and love bringing people together to get things done, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Property Administrator, you'll coordinate the end-to-end process of preparing and re-letting our empty homes. From the moment a property becomes vacant until a new customer receives their keys, you'll help keep everything on track.

You'll
  • Manage the administration and coordination of the voids (empty homes) process from start to finish.
  • Work closely with Housing, Allocations, Contractors and Property teams to keep properties progressing towards re-let.
  • Coordinate and support voids meetings, ensuring actions are followed through.
  • Monitor progress through our housing management and CRM systems, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Liaise with utility providers to arrange meter resets and resolve account-related issues.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to overcome challenges and find solutions.
  • Track performance against key targets, helping minimise rent loss and maximise the availability of homes.
  • Ensure important information, documents and updates are accurately recorded and communicated.
Why this role matters

Every day, you'll help turn an empty property into a customer's future home.

By keeping the voids process moving efficiently, you'll help reduce the time a home sits empty, improve customer outcomes, and make a direct contribution to the communities we serve.

It's a role where your organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills genuinely make a difference.
