Job Description:

We are seeking friendly, professional receptionist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients. Duties
  • Greet visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage appointment bookings and patient check-ins efficiently
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records using IT systems and ensure confidentiality
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organising schedules
  • Provide information about services offered and support patients with their needs
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary materials
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in patient care or healthcare settings
