• Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
• Perform servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a range of vehicles
• Diagnose faults and identify repair requirements efficiently
• Provide clear and transparent communication with customers
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Work efficiently within a fast-paced workshop environment
• Maintain accurate job cards and workshop documentation
• Support the wider team in achieving workshop targets

• Valid Class 4/7 MOT Tester licence
• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive servicing and MOT testing
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service ability
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence required
