This role is ideal for an appraiser who wants to focus purely on assessing vehicles-without the usual pressures of insurance companies or customer-facing responsibilities. Why this role stands out:

The Role:
Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods Produce detailed, computerised and manual estimates Ensure repair timescales and costs are clearly defined Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient and correct repair processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
What we're looking for:
Experience as a VDA / Estimator / Vehicle Appraiser Strong understanding of modern repair methods Attention to detail and confidence in estimating systems Team player with good communication skills If you're an experienced VDA looking for a cleaner, more focused role without the usual industry pressures, this is a great opportunity to step into a more streamlined and enjoyable working environment.
