* We are a friendly, family-owned workshop located in Peterborough specialising in Mercedes and BMW brands, we are seeking another skilled Mercedes-Benz Qualified Technician to join our dedicated team.

* Position Details:

* Working Hours:

* 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (weekends on Rota typically 1 in
5)

* * Starting Salary:
* From £46000 per annum, with a share of site profit bonus

* Key Responsibilities:

* * Advanced Diagnostics:
* Utilize Mercedes-Benz diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues efficiently.

* * Servicing and Repairs:
* Perform routine maintenance and comprehensive repairs on a variety of Mercedes-Benz models, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.

* Collaboration:

* Work closely with our front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service, providing clear explanations of technical issues and repair requirements.

* * Continuous Learning:
* Stay updated with the latest Mercedes-Benz technologies and diagnostic advancements to maintain a high level of expertise.

* Required Qualifications and

Experience:

* * Mercedes-Benz Main Dealer Training:
* Completion of official Mercedes-Benz training programs, familiarity with brand-specific diagnostic procedures and repair protocols.

*
* Experience:

* Ideally you will have 5 years of main Mercedes-Benz dealer experience as a qualified senior technician.

* * Diagnostic Expertise:
* Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools to accurately assess and address vehicle system issues.

* * Problem-Solving

Skills:

* Exceptional ability to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.

* * Team Player:
* A collaborative approach, contributing positively to our supportive and friendly team environment.

* * MOT Tester
* preferred, but happy to train.
