What You'll Be Doing Sales Leadership- Set and execute sales strategy to grow revenue and market share
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to hit and exceed targets
- Run regular tactical sales meetings (3–4 per week) to keep momentum high
- Build strong customer partnerships and unlock new opportunities
- Report key insights and results directly to senior leadership
- Oversee marketing campaigns that drive visibility and support sales
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the brand
- Use insights from customer behaviour and market trends to refine messaging
- Collaborate with the procurement team to keep stock aligned with demand
- Support negotiations with suppliers to improve pricing and profitability
- 5–7+ years’ experience in a commercial or sales leadership role
- A background in wholesale, FMCG, retail, or QSR is ideal
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Great commercial instincts – confident with data and decision‑making
- A collaborative mindset and ability to align teams behind a common goal
- Sales and revenue growth
- New business and customer retention

- Inventory and stock alignment
- Delivery against team KPIs
