About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operational Process Analyst to join our fast‑scaling team. In this role, you will work closely with our CI Ops Manager to bring clarity and structure to a rapidly growing operational landscape. You will translate ideas into actionable processes, develop high‑quality documentation, and play a central role in shaping how our business operates as we continue to expand.

Your work will span mapping and refining operational processes, creating Standard Operating Procedures, capturing ideas from across the business and converting them into defined requirements, and developing training materials to support team development. You will operate confidently in a fast‑evolving environment, bringing structure to complexity while using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Word, and PowerPoint to document and communicate your work.

Qualifications & Experience
