The Role As Client Manager , you’ll take full responsibility for a diverse portfolio of SME and owner-managed clients, delivering top-tier compliance and advisory services. You’ll manage and mentor junior staff, liaise directly with clients, and contribute to wider business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and develop your own portfolio of clients across varied industries. Oversee preparation of accounts, management reports, and tax returns. Deliver proactive advice on business strategy, growth, and tax efficiency. Review work of junior team members and support their progression. Collaborate with Partners on firm-wide projects and business development initiatives. About You ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist). Experienced in managing client relationships within a practice environment.
