Location and Salary

Location: Contracted to our Peterborough office with the flexibility for hybrid working.
Annual Salary: £36,000–40,000 FTE depending on experience.
Hours: Full time 37.5 hrs/week (part‑time considered, minimum 30 hrs).

Job Summary

Our client is a leading charity focused on kidney disease research. They are looking for an experienced and driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to secure income from corporate supporters, grow and manage the corporate partnerships portfolio, and help achieve fundraising ambitions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver mutually beneficial corporate partnerships.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the corporate fundraising landscape.
  • Manage income targets, support forecasting processes, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Build and nurture relationships, provide excellent account management, and collaborate to maximise value and long‑term engagement.
  • Attend regular external meetings and events and meet fortnightly in‑office.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven track record in corporate partnerships, fundraising, business development or related roles such as Corporate Partnerships Manager, Corporate Fundraising Manager, Corporate Account Manager, Sponsorship Manager, Charity Partnerships Manager, Philanthropy Manager, Relationship Manager, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid, flexible environment.
