Job Title
Change & Communications Analyst
LocationPeterborough (Hybrid). This role will be based at our Peterborough offices on the Lynchwood Business Park. Periodic travel within the UK and Europe is required.

for internal candidates, this opportunity is available as a secondment.
- Collaborate with the Change Management team to identify change impacts and risks in affected audiences and integrate findings into tactical change management actions and training plans to help prepare employees and mitigate change risks.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to document business processes for impact assessment and training material preparation.
- Support the assessment of people readiness by applying readiness frameworks, metrics and measures to track preparedness of impacted audiences.
- Support learning needs assessments to identify learner needs.
- Assist in creating learning curricular, learning libraries and course information.
- Update learning content.
- Support scheduling of learning programmes for impacted audiences.
- Collaborate on planning and arranging learning groups or communities of practice for systems and processes within the project scope.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and employees to assess the effectiveness of learning delivery and attainment, and adjust training to address gaps in learning and proficiency.
- Assist with tracking people readiness and change adoption reporting by contributing to reporting capabilities and providing learning‑related data to support reporting.
- Experience in communications, change management, business analysis or a related field such as organisational development or learning and development.
- Understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies such as Prosci’s or ADKAR.
- Prosci Certification is an asset.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage (Yammer) etc.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and report development such as Power
BI. - Experience in internal corporate communications.
- Experience documenting business processes.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ADO/Dev Ops.
- Ability to travel to various UK and European sites from time to time.
