Job Summary

Customer Care Support Associate – 12 month fixed‑term contract.

Location:

Peterborough.

Salary:
Competitive, starting from £26,228 depending on experience.

Closing Date: 10 June 2026.

• Process customer requests and answer queries.
• Work with the team to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records across multiple systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Operate under pressure while maintaining high quality and control.

• Experience in operational or customer service roles (financial services experience is a bonus).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
• Detail‑focused, accurate and comfortable in a compliance‑driven environment.
• Problem‑solving experience with multiple systems.
• Confident communication skills and excellent stakeholder management.
• Organised, process‑driven and proactive in managing workload.

• 34 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro‑rated for part‑time).
