Location:

Office-based (relocating soon to our brand new HQ in Wisbech)

Hours:

Monday to Friday (no weekends!)

Apex Site Solutions is a growing national hire company, supplying plant, tools, welfare, access equipment, and waste services to construction sites across the UK. We’re a small, close-knit team with a strong family vibe, and we take pride in offering top service to our customers.

We’ll soon be moving into our brand-new head office in Wisbech, giving the successful candidate the chance to be part of this exciting next chapter as we grow and expand.

The Role

We’re on the lookout for an Accounts Administrator to support our day-to-day running of the finance department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick‑start their career in a fast‑paced, supportive environment. You’ll work closely with our experienced team and get stuck into all areas of the business.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Posting supplier invoices against purchase orders
  • Reconciliations of supplier statements in preparation for weekly/monthly payment runs
  • Assisting to resolve supplier and customer queries promptly
  • Checking and sending customer invoices in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • A team player who isn’t afraid to muck in
  • Prior CIS and Domestic Reverse Charge experience
  • Prior use of Xero would be ideal but not required
