** Starting from £88,251 (range depends on experience)

** The Opportunity
** An exciting opportunity to lead a global trade compliance function within a complex international manufacturing and distribution business. Responsible for developing and executing a strategic import and export compliance programme across multiple regions, you will ensure regulatory compliance while enabling business growth and operational excellence.  The role partners with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Operations and Legal, you will drive best practices, strengthen compliance frameworks, manage risk, and leverage process, data and technology solutions to support global trade activities.

This role requires a commercially focused leader who can influence at all levels, build high-performing teams, and navigate an evolving regulatory and geopolitical landscape with confidence.

*** Lead and manage the development, implementation and maintenance of import and export compliance policies and procedures.
