Tractor Driver CPCS

Tractor Driver – BOURNE – PE10

We are currently recruiting for several Tractor Drivers to join our team.

• Safely operating articulated or standard tractors with attachments (e.g., fuel/water bowsers, trailers, spreaders) on busy construction sites or industrial areas.
• Transporting construction materials, rubble, or slurry, often under HGV regulations.
• Supporting ground crews, performing grading, or spreading materials with rear‑mounted equipment.
• Conducting pre‑shift safety checks, cleaning, and routine maintenance of tractors and attachments, reporting any defects to supervisors.
• Adhering to site health and safety protocols, including wearing PPE, monitoring ground conditions, and ensuring safe speed limits.

• Valid CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) card (A33 Agricultural Tractor).
• Clean driving licence and HGV Class 1.
• Experience in a construction or civil engineering environment is typically preferred over purely agricultural experience.
