This role suits a Small Works Manager, Project Manager or Contracts Manager from a construction, refurbishment, insurance works or building surveying background.

The Role Managing multiple construction, refurbishment and property repair projects from concept to completion. Overseeing commercial, residential and industrial projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Office based with regular site visits. Full UK Driving License required.

The Person Small Works Manager, Project Manager, Contracts Manager or similar. Construction, refurbishment, insurance works, property repairs or building surveying background.
