Construction Sub Agent, Site Manager

Freelance Sub Agent Needed!
We're looking for a skilled and proactive Sub Agent for a high-profile civil engineering project. If you have strong management and supervision experience, we want to hear from you!
Essential:

· Management/Supervisor experience on civil engineering projects (structures/bridges preferred)

· Understanding of temporary works

· Experience managing daily site activities, sequencing, and short-term programming

· Good knowledge of quality management - inspections, ITPs, NCRs, and handover documentation

· Ability to oversee and coordinate subcontractors

· Confident with method statements, risk assessments, and permits

· Experience monitoring progress and productivity

· Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards

· Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

· Strong communication skills for liaising with the Agent, engineers, client, and supply chain

· Proactive approach to problem solving and resolving site issues
 
A SSSTS or SMSTS is required here. Rate is dependent on experience.
