Mears Group is seeking a proactive Site Manager to support our retrofit programme in social housing across Peterborough. You will oversee planned works, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and coordinate subcontractors while maintaining resident satisfaction.
The role requires SSSTS and Asbestos Awareness, experience at height, and the ability to lead site teams. A full UK driving licence is essential and a company vehicle is provided where eligible.
