You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.
We are currently looking for an Managing Quantity Surveyor, who will deliver projects safely, on time, and sustainably - driving efficiency and strong performance without compromising governance.
As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will:- Produce robust, accurate estimates aligned to scope, with clear consideration of risks and opportunities.
- Lead and support commercial and procurement strategies with Senior Buyers, ensuring tender processes are managed correctly and efficiently.
- Prepare clear, accurate subcontracts that fully reflect the agreed scope and commercial requirements.
- Manage subcontracts in line with contract obligations, including payments, compensation events, programme submissions, and timely communications.
- Deliver accurate live forecasting aligned to the project programme, with clear reporting against the relevant WBS/CBS structures.
- Degree or HNC qualified, or equivalent professional experience.
- Professionally qualified, or working towards accreditation, with RICS, CIOB, or CICES.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong contract administration expertise, with solid working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts.
- Experienced in managing change effectively, with the ability to protect commercial outcomes and drive project performance.
