Think Recruitment is recruiting for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial function on social housing maintenance contracts across Peterborough and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will manage multiple contracts, oversee a team of QSs and ensure profitability and governance.
The role requires proven senior/manging QS experience in a main contractor and a track record in social housing maintenance, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
