Responsibilities
- Report on commercial and contractual performance to stakeholders
- Ensure accurate cost capture and allocation
- Maintain GDPR-compliant contract records and systems
- Drive improvements by challenging and refining commercial processes
- Produce and assess cost estimates
- Ensure commercial compliance and accurate cash flow forecasting
- Manage liabilities, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Oversee timely payments to the supply chain
- Uphold consistency in commercial procedures and documentation
- Support and develop your team to deliver with confidence and competence
- Strong understanding of NEC3 contracts and construction law
- Proven experience in a complex matrix team environment
- Professional qualification (e.g. RICS, CIOB, ICE) (desirable)
- Relevant degree in construction or commercial management (desirable)
