Construction Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a 4-week commercial fit out project in Watford, with potential for more work. The role requires oversight of Cat A & Cat B office fit outs, strong leadership and a proactive approach to delivery.
You'll coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety, quality and programme, liaise with clients and suppliers, and ensure a smooth handover at project completion. Immediate start anticipated in two weeks.
