We are working with a well-established national house builder who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager for a brand-new phase of a successful development.
The new phase will consist of approximately 236 traditionally built units
, offering the opportunity to join right at the beginning and take real ownership of the site as it progresses.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced house building professional looking to join a respected developer with a good regional reputation, solid pipeline and long-term prospects.
The role will include:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the development
• Overseeing subcontractors and site teams
• Driving programme, quality and health & safety standards
• Working closely with the wider construction and commercial teams
• Ensuring homes are delivered on time and to a high standard

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager with a proven background in volume house building and strong traditional build experience.
Salary 70,000- 80,000 plus a competitive package.
