Are you a people person with a passion for delivering excellent service? RH Commercial Vehicles (RHCV) is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to kick‑start your career in customer service within a leading commercial vehicle business.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Customer Service Representative, you will become a trusted point of contact for our customers, supporting them with enquiries and vehicle needs. You’ll also gain experience handling more complex or technical customer queries and help ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from start to finish.

Working closely with our service teams, you’ll learn how to provide expert advice, support the workshop and parts teams, and deliver tailored customer service that meets the needs of our clients across a wide range of industries.
