Job Summary

Customer Care Support Associate – 12‑month fixed‑term contract, location Peterborough. Salary starting from £26,228, depending on experience. Closing date 10 June 2026.

Role Description

As a Customer Care Support Associate at Aegon, you will manage customer requests, answer queries, and collaborate with your team to solve complex issues. You will receive training through the Platform Academy and have opportunities to pursue professional qualifications in financial administration or planning.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer requests and answer queries.
  • Work with the team to resolve complex issues.
  • Use multiple systems to solve problems or resolve exceptions.
  • Maintain compliance‑driven environment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Work under pressure while maintaining quality and control.
  • Organise, process‑driven workflow and proactive management.
Qualifications
  • Experience in operational or customer service roles (financial services experience is a bonus).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information.
  • Detail‑focused and accurate.
  • Comfortable working in a compliance‑driven environment.
  • Experience working across multiple systems.
  • Confident communicator, able to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and control.
  • Organised, process‑driven, proactive workflow management.
