Salary: £34,248 per annum
Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday

About the Role

Working collaboratively across the organisation, you’ll assist with system upgrades, process improvements, and training, helping colleagues and contractors use systems confidently and effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting system upgrades and transformation projects across the organisation
Helping colleagues and contractors get the most from systems through guidance and training
Identifying and supporting opportunities for system and process improvements
Working with stakeholders to implement changes smoothly and effectively
Ensuring systems support the delivery of a high-quality service to customers
Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation

Salary

The spot salary for the Systems Support & Training Advisor post is £34,248 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post.

You’ll bring:

Strong numeracy and IT literacy, with the ability to use operational systems and troubleshoot technical issues
Experience supporting system operations, including incident, problem, change, and release management
Experience providing technical support to users and working with third-party suppliers to resolve issues and support system integration
Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Ability to develop and deliver training on systems and processes to support colleagues through change
Strong problem-solving skills, with a solution-focused approach to technical and operational challenges
The successful applicant will be subject to pre‑employment checks, such as DBS and social media screening, before an offer is confirmed.
