Location: Alwalton
Solus, part of Aviva, is a leading UK vehicle repair provider focusing on getting customers back on the road quickly. The Customer Service Assistant will be at the forefront of our award-winning service team, coordinating updates, sourcing parts and arranging transportation during repairs to ensure a smooth customer experience.
This 12-month contract role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, centred on delivering excellent service and working collaboratively to meet customer expectations.
