Microbyte is seeking a proactive Service Desk Dispatcher to keep our ticket flow healthy and aligned with engineers’ workloads. You’ll be the familiar, trusted voice for clients, ensuring tickets land with the right person at the right time.
You will drive the dispatch process, chase stale tickets, and help shape the customer experience through clear and timely updates. A background in IT service desks and strong organisation is essential.
