We're looking for an experienced Call Centre Coach to develop Team Managers and Customer Service Representatives through effective coaching, call reviews and performance support.

You'll bring:

• Contact centre coaching experience
• Strong communication and feedback skills
• Financial services experience (Life & Pensions preferred)
• Passion for developing people and improving customer outcomes

You'll help:

• Improve customer experience and quality
• Develop call control and objection handling skills
• Support Team Managers in building coaching capability
• Drive continuous improvement across operational teams
