Call Centre Coach
Help transform customer conversations and build high-performing teams.
We're looking for an experienced Call Centre Coach to develop Team Managers and Customer Service Representatives through effective coaching, call reviews and performance support.
You'll bring:- Contact centre coaching experience
- Strong communication and feedback skills
- Financial services experience (Life & Pensions preferred)
- Passion for developing people and improving customer outcomes
- Improve customer experience and quality
- Develop call control and objection handling skills
- Support Team Managers in building coaching capability
- Drive continuous improvement across operational teams
