Customer services consultant - Required for this lovely niche travel company based in a great location in central Cambridge. They are looking for someone from a travel industry background to work either full or part time. Hybrid, salary up to £32,000 plus benefits.
- -Manage and amend customer bookings, i including special request and reservations changes
- -Respond promptly to customer enquiries by email and phone
- -Proactively manage customer requests and resolve issues when needed
- -Monitor and respond to customer reviews
- -Previous experience in a customer services role within the travel industry
- -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- -Ideally fluent in either French or Dutch, but this is not essential
- -They are happy to look at part time or full time
- -Hybrid
- -Benefits including pension, company laptop, 50% Discount on holidays
- -Between April and Nov, every two week you will need to cover between 3pm and 7pm on Saturdays, the 4 hours will be given back during the week
