Customer Support Administrator

SWRP are recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator a fast growing manufacturing company based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
.

This 12 month fixed-term maternity cover opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer orders, handling enquiries and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience from start to finish.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Monitor orders and provide delivery updates
• Resolve customer issues and escalation where necessary
• Maintain accurate records on CRM and ERP systems
• Support continuous improvements to customer service processes

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous customer service, customer support or order processing experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• A proactive, customer-focused approach

Desirable:
Experience with in manufacturing, engineering, distribution or logistics environments.

• £28,000 rising to £29,000 after probation
• Bonus opportunity of up to £300 per month
