Customer Support Administrator

SWRP are recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator a fast growing manufacturing company based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire . This 12 month fixed-term maternity cover opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer orders, handling enquiries and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams Monitor orders and provide delivery updates Resolve customer issues and escalate where necessary Maintain accurate records on CRM and ERP systems Support continuous improvements to customer service processes About You We're looking for someone with:
Previous customer service, customer support or order processing experience Strong communication and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Good Microsoft Office skills A proactive, customer-focused approach Desirable:

Experience with in manufacturing, engineering, distribution or logistics environments.
