Are you an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a fulfilling opportunity?

Aspire People are currently recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants. What we can offer can range from a days cover, a weeks cover, a terms cover to long-term cover for the whole academic year.

As a SEN TA, you will be expected to complete typical TA duties working with SEN students.

You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across all key stages. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons.

* Providing targeted support to small groups or individual students.

* Managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment.

* Supervising students during break times and lunch.

* Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

What are we looking for?

* Relevant qualifications and/or substantial experience.

* You must be available for a minimum of one day a week.
