This 'Good' primary school, based in Peterborough are looking to appoint an experienced, and motivated Year 3 Maternity Cover Teacher to work in a KS2 class on a full time basis. Working in thisprimary school you will be part of an established and supportive team. This is a full-time maternity contract from January 2026 - July 2026, however part-time (4 days per week) applications will be considered for the right candidate.

• To hold QTS
• Knowledge and understanding of the KS2 curriculum
• Enthusiastic and engaging teaching style
• The ability to provide a positive learning environment and effectively manage a classroom
• Have recent and relevant teaching experience
• The desired Year 3 Maternity Cover Teacher will have
  • Experience of working with primary school aged children
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • An ability to work as part of a team
