Teaching Assistant

Vision for Education are working closely with a primary school in Peterborough to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with some of their pupils who have additional needs.

You will be working closely on a 1:1 basis with pupils with a range of different needs. The ideal candidate will be observant, patient and kind and able to work independently and also part of a wider team. This is a full time role from Monday‑Friday as there is a strong need for consistency.

This is a 'Good' school based in Peterborough. This school will offer regular training sessions to staff to help develop a positive team ethos and always increasing knowledge and awareness around a variety of subjects.

• To have experience working with children or young people with additional needs
• To be patient, kind and resilient
• To be willing to process or have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

£90‑£100 per day

• Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in‑house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
