You will be joining a collaborative team of tutors and learning support assistants, alongside an integrated team of Speech and Language, Occupational Therapy and animal husbandry teams.

Outdoor learning and offsite work related learning activity is also a key part of what we do, so be prepared for an active curriculum delivery.

We want to hear from people with drive and a willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ to improve the lives of the young people.

  • Working with college leaders to complete and teach individual pupil plans where students have specific needs.
  • Liaising effectively with parents and a wide range of professionals.
