Supply Teacher (Secondary, Computer Science, ICT, or Design and Technology) - Peterborough Area Are you an enthusiastic and flexible teacher with a passion for Computer Science, ICT, or Design and Technology? Whether you're experienced in secondary education or have a passion for working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, we want to hear from you!

We are currently seeking Supply Teachers who are proactive, dedicated, and eager to make a positive impact. With both daily cover and long-term placements available, this role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work in a range of secondary school settings.

Peterborough and surrounding areas.
Type:
Flexible opportunities, including daily cover and long-term placements.
Subjects/Areas:
Secondary education roles available, including Computer Science, ICT, or Design and Technology (subject specialism will be matched to your experience).
Start Date:
Immediate starts available.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is highly desirable, but we also welcome applications from those with relevant experience or working towards QTS.Proactive and Adaptable:
You should be able to quickly adjust to different classroom environments, build rapport with students and staff, and ensure students stay engaged in their learning.
Relationship Builder:
You'll need to establish trust and positive relationships with students, particularly those with additional needs.
Driving Licence:
While not essential, having a full driving licence would be beneficial as the role involves travel across the Cambridge area.
SEN
Experience:
Experience working with children with SEMH or other special educational needs would be advantageous, but not a requirement.
Subject Specialism: A background in Computer Science, ICT, or Design and Technology is ideal, particularly in secondary education settings. You may also be asked to teach other subjects depending on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of secondary subjects, including Computer Science, ICT, or Design and Technology (subject specialism will be matched to your experience).Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Adapt to different school settings and respond flexibly to the diverse needs of students.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Follow safeguarding policies and procedures.
Provide constructive feedback to students and schools to support their learning progress.
