• Design and deliver high-quality Carpentry programmes, combining hands‑on practical training with clear, accessible theory
• Support learners at all stages of development, building confidence and essential skills
• Conduct tutorials and provide guidance to help students achieve their full potential
• Complete administrative tasks to ensure smooth course delivery
• Contribute to departmental development and the continuous improvement of programmes

• Strong, up-to-date experience in the Construction sector
• In‑depth Carpentry knowledge with at least a Level 2 vocational qualification
• A commitment to supporting learners to achieve their best
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage
• A proactive, team‑focused approach with a willingness to contribute to departmental growth

Teaching experience or qualifications are desirable, but we welcome applications from professionals new to education and will support your development.

All appointments are subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks, including an Enhanced DBS with Barred List check.
