Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the generation of qualified leads through the execution and management of outbound campaigns across email, SMS, and retargeting channels. You will drive a consistent daily flow of warm and cold leads into the sales pipeline and continue refining nurturing funnels to improve conversion at every stage. You will also take full ownership of the CRM, managing segmentation, automations, workflows, and system optimisation to ensure everything runs seamlessly and supports rapid scaling.

You will work closely with the sales team, aligning with them on lead quality and follow-up processes while maintaining visibility of pipeline performance and supporting revenue predictability.

Data will drive your decision making. You will monitor key performance indicators such as cost per lead, conversion rates, CAC, and sales velocity, providing clear weekly and monthly insights that inform ongoing optimisation. You will refine messaging, adjust targeting, and improve campaign effectiveness based on what the data reveals. Alongside this, you will take responsibility for messaging and content across channels, crafting high-impact emails, SMS sequences, landing pages, and advertising copy.

You will maintain a compelling and consistent brand voice while testing creative approaches to maximise response and engagement.

You will continuously test all aspects of marketing activity, from subject lines and offers to segmentation and workflows. Staying ahead of industry best practices and emerging digital marketing trends will be essential as you build scalable processes that evolve in line with the business’s goals.

What You Bring

To excel in this position, you will bring four to six years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing, ideally within a B2B or service-led environment. You will have a deep understanding of CRM systems such as Ontraport, Hub Spot, or Salesforce and confidence in building campaigns, automations, and nurture flows. You will be comfortable managing multi-channel strategies that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.

A strong analytical mindset is essential, as is the ability to interpret KPIs, dashboards, and performance data. You should be proactive, resourceful, and able to manage several priorities at once without waiting for direction. Strong writing skills and the ability to produce persuasive, conversion-focused copy are also key.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary between £55,000 and £65,000 depending on experience and performance. This is an office-based role located at our modern Peterborough headquarters, operating Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
