About the role:
Justteachers is recruiting a Cover Supervisor to join a lively and dynamic secondary school in Peterborough.

This is an fantastic role for aspiring teachers, experienced support staff, or anyone with the presence and passion to lead a classroom.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver pre-set lessons confidently across a range of subjects
- Maintain a calm, focused, and safe learning environment
- Manage behaviour effectively, using school systems and your own strong presence
- Support students in lesson staying engaged and on task
- Build positive relationships with staff and learners
- Strong classroom presence and confidence
- Experience working with young people (school-based, coaching, youth work, mentoring, etc.)
- Ability to remain calm, assertive, and consistent
- Resilience and adaptability in a challenging environment
- A genuine desire to support students’ progress and wellbeing
