Pupil Support Assistant; PSA

Contract type: Part time – 20 hours per week. Term time only 10am-2pm (some flexibility may be possible)

Contract term: Permanent

Location: Across any of our three sites, Bretton & Dogsthorpe

Heltwate School is a welcoming and supportive special school for pupils aged 4 to 19 years. All students have an Education Health Care Plan and we work collectively to support their severe and complex needs.

We currently have vacancies to join Heltwate School as a Pupil Support Assistant. The successful candidates will support pupils in the classroom, during the break and lunchtime period and support with their personal care routines.

• Work under the guidance of the class teacher and other staff as part of a team as well as using own initiative to support pupils
